The Legend was true, Vegeta is now a Super Saiyan. We now know that Saiyan blood never held a single grain of limitation. The Prince has finally ascended, through self realization and the expansion of self belief. The drive to surpass all boundaries. This aspect of Saiyan genetics differs from the Oozaru, Great Ape, transformation. It is not a change in form, instead, the energy flow of the individual's body channels an abundance of golden ki energy through the understanding of subtle states of mind and being. The Blonde hair pigment and lighter eyes are the usual indication. The body is now protected from more critical physical or energetic attacks, speed multiplies, and admiral strength runs through the entire person. There are still more levels to achieve, will Vegeta's overconfidence be his downfall?
